How do you decide compensation?

We do market analysis and carefully grade every position. We believe we have a responsibility to compensate employees fairly and believe that compensation goes beyond a paycheck to include a total benefits package and employee perks.

Does ISS allow telework and flexible work schedules?

Because we primarily work for the government, ISS yields to our clients. If they allow telework and flexible work schedules, we do too!

    At ISS, we want to make sure you’re fully taken care of. That’s why we offer a total insurance package to include top-notch health care options as well as dental, vision, life, and disability plans that match your lifestyle. Not only do we offer these options, ISS pays 75% of the monthly medical premiums, 50% of the dental monthly premiums, and 100% of the life and disability premiums. Does it get any better?

    Rest and relaxation are very important at ISS. That’s why we offer unlimited PTO – yes, unlimited PTO! In addition to your PTO, we also offer an outstanding paid parental leave policy, as well as paid leave for federal holidays and jury duty. We also have you covered for the unexpected with tax-free short-term and long-term disability plans.

  • Financial Health

    ISS’s compensation philosophy is to pay employees competitively regarding base salaries and performance bonuses. Performances bonuses are based upon contributions to the company and everyone receives a bonus plan with their offer letter. We also offer bonuses for employee referrals and for participating in business development efforts. We also recently increased our 401(k) match, so there’s no limit to the ways ISS helps you reach your financial goals.
