Scott Smith is the Company’s Chief Technology Officer and a Vice President of Operations. Scott has over 15 years of experience as an IT professional, with a bachelors and masters degree in mathematics. He has provided valuable IT program management, portfolio management, and strategic planning assistance to hundreds of organizations in both the public and private sectors. He has adroit experience leading development and enhancements for software, systems, websites, and web portals for the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, and private industry. He has a proven track record of successfully consulting with clients to identify critical business needs, build innovative solutions and strategic plans, develop business justification and marketing plans, perform risk analysis, execute and manage plans, manage change across the programs, and measure success. Throughout his career, Scott has held leadership positions at the McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, Merant, RS Information Systems, Wyle, and Serena Software.
