Elizabeth Lanford brings over 15 years of experience in human resources to the ISS team. She has provided talent management and human resources support to organizations big and small, private and public, global and domestic, and across many industries. She has acted as internal HR as well as consultant throughout her career, and her experience with talent management and development has shaped organizations into entities that develop their people, hold them accountable, and ultimately make the business better. In her role as VP of Human Resources, Elizabeth oversees performance management, talent development, workforce planning, compliance, recruiting, and general HR. At ISS, Elizabeth leverages her depth of HR knowledge and her PMP to diligently and proactively foresee HR issues, bring in top talent, help our people succeed and hold them accountable, and develop our people for now and the future. Elizabeth has a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University.
